General Information about Scholars Seasons

Greater Anglia sell discounted Scholars Season tickets to children / young adults who attend certain educational institutions (your school / college will advise you if they are part of this arrangement).
We only sell tickets for either a complete term (dates advised by the schools and councils) or one whole year. The advantage of buying a yearly ticket is that the holder only pays for 40 weeks travel at the appropriate rate, the other 12 weeks are free. We do not normally sell Scholar Rail Passes for other odd periods (The only exception being the summer term when the child concerned is taking exams - these shorter period tickets can only be obtained over the phone).
***PLEASE BE AWARE*** We only offer discounted tickets to scholars of certain schools and the discount only applies to travel on Greater Anglia, c2c Rail and (limited) First Capital Connect services (we do not offer discounts on London Travelcards, bus travel or rail operators not mentioned above)

Should you wish to phone us, we are open from 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) on the following number: 0845 600 7245 (Option 3 then 2)
