The Greater Anglia Green Travel Plans are for companies who want a cheaper and more efficient way to get to and from their place of work. This can involve a company discount for season ticket holders depending on the amount of people from your organisation who would like to be involved in the scheme

About Us Page

The Business Travel / Green Travel Plan team are a small but highly knowledgable group who are able to assist you with any Green Travel Plan requirements you may have.

The Business Sales are headed up by our experienced Business Travel Manager, Tanya Havers. Tanya deals with the business sales for the whole of the Greater Anglia network and also assists corporate customers who want to travel with our fast Stansted Express service between London Stansted Airport and the heart of the City of London.

Our sales team is managed by Graeme Beton who has worked in the East Anglia region on the railways for 20 years. Graeme has an in-depth knowledge of rail travel throughout the UK having both worked at the frontline of customer service in our ticket offices and he also enjoys travelling by train for leisure purposes.

Gary oversees the day to day operation of the sales team and brings to the team a vast knowledge of the UK railway network and the sales regulations we abide by. Again, Gary is another member of the team who has many years experience in rail ticket retailing and is extremely keen to ensure that our customers experience and fast and efficient service.

The phonelines are manned, principally, by a team of three people - James, Felicity and Francis. All three of the team have their own specialist areas - James and Francis have spent many years in frontline customer service work in the railway industry. Felicity is new to this particular area of the business but has a vast understanding of our network and our customers needs. The whole team are dedicated to helping you purchase your tickets and ensure you get the tickets your require quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
